My name is Brigid, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals build awareness and empower themselves in their mental health journey. I work virtually with clients aged 18 and older, specializing in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, severe mental illness, emotional regulation, suicide prevention, and grief/loss. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing, along with other therapeutic approaches as needed. I am also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).
