Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're already feeling overwhelmed. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life stress, you're not alone. I work with children, teens, adults and athletes who want support navigating difficult experiences and finding healthier ways to cope, heal and move forward. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
With over 10 years of experience, I have supported individuals navigating complex circumstrances including trauma, family stress, homelessness, and disabilities. I also have extensive experience working within public schools and special education systems, which allows me to support students and families facing academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I used evidence-based practices while helping clients develop practical tools that build resilience, confidence, and emotional balance. As a former collegiate student-athlete, I also understand the pressures athletes face and enjoy supporting them with stress, identity, and life transitions.
