I believe we all have an inner strength waiting to guide us towards healthier lives. My goal with my clients is to make space for a healing and therapeutic relationship that allows my clients to feel safe, welcomed and heard.
Together, we can take that journey towards improving balance and strength. Treatment plans can be developed to offer freedom from life’s barriers as clients begin to understand their own ability to mend themselves and their relationships with others.
Over the past few years I have taken different certifications to provide better techniques and skills in order to meet the needs of individual clients. I work with couples, individuals, families, and children. I am part of an amazing association and most individuals are scheduled within a week or two.
