I am a licensed Clinical Therapist in Michigan and have been for over 20 years. I have worked with a diverse population including teens, adults, seniors, families and couples. I work with issues such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Psychotic Disorders, Low Self-Esteem, Panic Disorders, PTSD, Adjustment disorder, Grief and Loss, LGBTQ related issues, Trauma, Anger Management and Work/Life balance. Clinical settings have included in-patient mental health unit in hospitals, partial hospitalization program, residential unit for adolescents and youth, outpatient mental health settings and medication clinics.
We help you to elevate your thinking during stressful situations to help decrease its impact on your mind, body and spirit. We don't offer you a promise of a pain free life, we help you develop the skills to walk confidently through it.
CICS works with people to help them understand who they are, how they feel, what they want out of life and how to get there. We offer direction, support, encouragement and truth. We will help you identify the obstacles keeping you from living your best life and help remove them.
