About
You deserve a chance at the best life you can have and my goal is to facilitate your healing process, so that your better life can begin. The word trauma means wounds and unhealed wounds can casue additional pain. Using EMDR therapy to reduce or eliminate the pain and emotional content associated with those wounds is very sucessful. If you have incidents that feel like they happened yesterday, you see flashbacks or are triggered by sights, sounds and events in your current life EMDR may be appropriate. Wouldn't it be nice not too have the past in front of you all the time?
My goal is to help you instill positive self concepts and, in a way, reset your brain to function as it did before any life trauma. EMDR therapy is a great method to facilitate the healing process. I also have vast experience with grief counseling and suicide grief in particular. I am a Certified EMDR therapist by EMDRIA.
I thoughouly enjoy the relationships I have built in the past 30 years in Wyoming. I view it as an honor to use my experience in grief counseling to walk with you through your journey, providing you with non-judgmental support and guidence.
