I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who works with adults and teens struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I help those grappling with uncertainty, anxiety, fear, and confusion. If you feel like no one understands what you're going through, or if you need a new perspective, I will work to help you make sense of your experiences and get you to a place you want to be. I match well with individuals struggling with anxious or depressive symptoms, past trauma, or life transitions. Telehealth or in person sessions available.
My therapy style is based on compassion and understanding. My approach to therapy emphasizes giving you the strength to move forward and get the life you want. I have a lot of past experience working with adults who have past trauma and teenagers transitioning into adulthood.
