Trauma and PTSD, chronic pain, and psychosis-related conditions often overlap with substance use in complex ways. That intersection is the focus of my work. I’m a Master’s-level licensed associate with 8+ years in mental health and substance use care. Sessions stay centered on you, offering informed perspective, flexibility, and a focus on sustainable change. I work as a co-pilot—helping identify patterns, clarify what’s happening beneath the surface, and provide clear, thoughtful feedback. Values matter in this process; if they’re unclear, we explore them together with compassion rather than self-criticism.
Therapy with me is hard work. It asks for flexibility—being open to new ways of responding, thinking, and relating, even when that feels uncomfortable at first. That willingness to adapt is what allows change to last, rather than reverting to familiar patterns that only offer short-term relief.
This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee (myself) under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211.
