After 17 years in the industry I have fine tuned my approach to connect with individuals who have been previously unsuccessful with therapy in the past or are looking to do more in depth targeted work. Most do well with basic coping skills and typical positive encouragement, and there are many therapists offering that approach. The specific therapy methods I employ are focused on understanding and changing core issues rather than just managing behaviors. We will travel together to examine hard truths with the goal of creating long term fundamental changes from an existential perspective.
As a Supervisor and Clinical director I spent several years helping other clinicians to navigate the complexities of personal mental health and ethical performance. I enjoy assisting people in professional capacities to to not only sustain but grow. We will face the parts of you that cause pain to yourself and others to improve relationships at home and work
