Sometimes life robs us of our light. It can happen gradually or suddenly. We might not even know why the light is gone, only that it’s not there anymore.
My goal is to enable you to search for and take hold of that light. I work primarily with depression and anxiety as well as spirituality, processing trauma, and family dynamics.
I focus on young adults transitioning into new life stages, and adults of all ages who feel stuck in life and unable to access their meaning. Trauma in life can prevent us from finding meaning, keeping us from relating to ourselves or others fully.
My practice is grounded in Jungian Analysis and relational psychotherapy, which explores the different ways painful cycles repeat throughout a person’s life and relationships. Either from parts inside us or the people in our life. Above all, I believe that my responsibility is to understand and validate your concerns to empower you towards wholeness.
In addition, I am also in the final control stage as a candidate in the IRSJA training seminar to become a certified Jungian psychoanalyst. I am available for Jungian Analysis to work with dreams, images, and ideas that are important to you. I feel these symbols, and how we relate to them, often hold the key to meaningful growth.
