Sometimes life robs us of our light. It can happen gradually or suddenly. We might not even know why the light is gone, only that it’s not there anymore. My goal is to enable you to search for and take hold of that light. I work primarily with depression and anxiety as well as spirituality, processing trauma, and family dynamics. I specialize in adolescents and young adults transitioning into new life stages, and adults of all ages who feel stuck in life.
My practice is grounded in relational and Jungian psychotherapy, which explores the different ways painful cycles repeat throughout a person’s life and relationships - Either from parts inside us or the people in our life. Above all, I believe that my responsibility is to understand and validate your concerns to empower you towards continued wholeness.
In addition, I am also entering my 6th year and a candidate in the IRSJA (Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts) training seminar to become a certified Jungian psychoanalyst. While not necessary, I am available for us to work with dreams, images, and ideas that are important to you. I am meeting both through Telehealth and in-person on Wednesdays.
