Welcome. If you're struggling with a relationship challenge, life transition, work-life imbalance, general anxiety, or you're a mental health professional looking for a therapist of your own—I’d be honored to work with you. I work with Individuals curious about how their spirituality (however you define that) intersects with life challenges; fellow counselors seeking reflective space for their own growth; and couples wanting to improve connection, heal & rebuild trust, or deepen their bond.
I bring over 30 years of counseling experience and 20 years of teaching future therapists. My clients often describe me as compassionate, validating, thoughtful, and deeply grounded. I specialize in couples counseling and spiritually-integrated therapy—helping individuals and couples explore concerns in a way that honors who they are.
I try to provide a safe, open, judgment-free relationship where you can heal and develop. I help individuals and couples develop new perspectives about their lives so that they feel empowered to make positive changes. You can do that. You can be different.
