Many of my clients are performers, writers, musicians and visual artists. In addition, I practiced in Europe for 6 years and have broad experience working with expats, immigrants, and cross-cultural couples. My goal is to create collaborative partnerships that enable clients to move away from self-blame and judgment and help them to find solutions that are consistent with their values and beliefs.
I enjoy working with clients who are committed to personal growth and a deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns. I use EMDR to help clients reprocess trauma and my work is guided by my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindful Awareness Practices. I also support clients with ME/CFS and Long Covid and their caregivers.
