I have a passion for working with multicultural identities and relationships, life transitions, relational stress and communication issues, grief and loss, creatives and artists, clients from immigrant backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ folks, and neurodivergent folks, ranging from adolescents and teens to adults. I work with clients looking to heal interpersonal relationships, break out of harmful relational patterns, explore meaning and purpose, and process difficult transitions.
My approach to therapy centers around exploring the client’s story, including how experiences of marginalization and oppression impacts mental health, relationships, and communities. I hope to offer a collaborative, affirming space where couples, individuals, and families may feel empowered to make change in their lives and relationships.
