Meet Claudia, a sassy boss babe who survives off of memes, froyo, and dark humor. I am sassy, knowledgeable, and will be straight to the point with you. This is your time so I want you to use it the way you want. Most of my clients are in transitions, such as coming out as LGBTQIA+, having babies, or changing their relationship style (poly/ENM). I also work with clients who have religious trauma and have struggled with purity culture. I am neurodiverse-affirming and love helping find ways to make your brain work for you instead of against you.
Our specialties
I provide individual therapy to adults. I typically use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness but I like to pull from many different modalities. I like to structure my sessions around what feels helpful for my clients, whether it's more structured and skills-based, or whether you just want to talk and have it more free-flowing.
I am currently providing virtual sessions in Minnesota and Washington. My plan is to have in-person sessions in Washington in the near future near Issaquah.
