I am sassy, knowledgeable, and will be straight to the point with you (No BS!). This is your time so I want you to use it the way you want. Most of my clients are in transitions, such as coming out as LGBTQIA+, having babies, or changing their relationship style (poly/ENM). I also work with clients who have religious trauma and have struggled with purity culture. I am neurodivergent-affirming and love working with neurospicy clients! I am seeing clients in Minnesota and Washington. Currently my sessions are telehealth, but I will soon be seeing clients in-person in Issaquah, Washington.
I specialize in 'Reproductive Mental Health', which consists of sex therapy, infertility, and perinatal mood & anxiety disorders (PMAD's). I typically use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, but I like to customize the interventions based off of what my client needs.
I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist through Postpartum Support International. I have advanced training in Human Sexuality.
