I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist with 20 years of experience providing Individual Therapy for the treatment of Anxiety and Depression Disorders, Grief and Loss, Stress, Social, Career and Relationship Issues, Abuse, Trauma and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I utilize a variety of Evidence-Based therapy skills within CBT, DBT and ACT approaches, for example, to strengthen my clients ability to cope, manage and overcome the challenges they are facing.
