I specialize in treating survivors of NPD and other personality disorders, relationship issues, anxiety and depression. I am also very interested in what it means and how to become, a fully functioning human being, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. In this world that has been accelerating at a pace beyond our expectations and sometimes our ability to cope,how do we find peace, happiness and fulfillment, or at least the absence of anxiety and depression? Locked within our own personal stories lie the answer to these questions. Whatever "pathology" you present with can be turned into a "path" toward healing.
My style is interactive and humanistic meaning that I will listen, talk, offer opinions and sometimes give advice. I've been in a relationship for 45 years and meditating for 50. In my 30's I suffered from anxiety. These facts, along with my education and experience, inform my work to a tremendous degree.
My practice is exclusively ONLINE. I counsel clients living anywhere in California and in other states with reciprocal licensing. I work through a platform that is HIPPA compliant. This allows us increased flexibility with scheduling and offers the convenience of doing a session without the traffic problems or commute time back and forth to session.
