I provide therapy for individuals, children, families, young adults, couples and groups. I have a special interest in working with children with emotional and behavioral challenges, & neurodevelopmental delays utilizing a child-family centered approach. I also provide school based consultation. I also enjoy working with adults who are committed to making positive changes in their lives.
I serve as a guide for my clients to facilitate change and empower my clients so they are better able to help themselves. In my work with children I use a variety of methods such as art, play, and sand tray. Parents are involved in the therapy process and are welcome to join the sessions.
