Through the gentle exploration of these parts, clients can begin to understand their inner dynamics and develop a compassionate relationship with themselves. I guide clients in identifying and healing wounded parts while fostering a connection with their core Self, which is inherently wise, compassionate, and resilient.
My approach combines the principles of IFS with other evidence-based modalities, such as EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic techniques, to support clients in their healing journey. By creating a safe, non-judgmental space, clients can explore their parts, uncover underlying emotions, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
