Change—whether planned or unexpected—can be challenging for children, teens, and parents as they navigate life’s transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where children and families can strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and build the skills needed to thrive.
Because play is a child’s natural language, I use play therapy to help children express and process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that is meaningful to them. With years of experience working in school settings, I also support parents in navigating the academic, social, and emotional challenges.
In my professional work, I provide therapy for children, adolescents and adults to help them overcome obstacles and identify resources and strengths already within them. My therapeutic style includes play therapy, expressive arts and mindfulness.
