Do you have the fear of carrying the “mess” & the “trauma” in the next relationship? Are you afraid that the “history will repeat itself”? This class is designed to prepare you for the emotional challenges of an exhausting process. Addiction & Trauma - Feb 25th at 3 pm
It's not uncommon to hear that someone who has suffered a traumatic experience now struggles with addiction. During this time in group we will learn to unfold the trauma so the addiction can be disempowered. We will work on improving self-esteem, enhancing communication skills, building healthy relationships, and engaging in activities that promote a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
