I am an Experiential counselor dedicated to empowering my clients to build resilience. For children, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. When working with families, I use a variety of approaches and tools to enhance their communication and encourage healthy expression of feelings and thoughts. I promote spirituality and self-growth.
