Hello, I'm Claudia. My goal is to create a sense of safety and well-being with everyone I meet. Whether you have connected with a therapist in the past and are ready to share your experiences, or you are hesitant to start therapy, I begin where you are. I believe it takes some time to develop trust in a therapeutic relationship. I incorporate several modalities and methods to promote the changes you desire to achieve and strive to address your challenges from their root. I also believe the mind and body are connected. I incorporate breathwork, guided meditation, and relaxation techniques if individuals are willing.

My passion is to help others develop a healthy perception of themselves and improve relationships with others. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
