I am currently accepting new clients. Finding peace in a complex world often involves seeking answers to sensitive and sometimes distressing questions. Unexpected loss, childhood traumas, and relationship distress lead to anxiety, depression, and disconnection from others. My therapeutic work is attachment-based and Emotionally Focused to foster kindness, compassion, and respect for the whole person (mind, body, and spirit). I work with individuals, teens, and couples. I have advanced training in infidelity and affair recovery for couples, betrayal trauma, and partner recovery, as well as the use of EMDR with complex trauma.
I work collaboratively with clients to find hope and healing by strengthening connections with cherished others while we work to restore the sense of self. I believe a safe and secure environment is key to healing and personal exploration. Together, we can pursue such healing and find new pathways of meaning in life.
I have experience in helping individuals and couples engage the unresolved issues of their past as a means to resolve and bind up such wounds. Through empowerment, I can help each individual reach their goals and live the life they deserve.
