I often work with children who struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and family transitions.
I specialize in working with children (ages 6–10), teens, and families using play therapy, sand tray, attachment-based therapy, and parent coaching. My trauma-informed approach integrates IFS, CBT, and EMDR-informed work to help children process emotions, develop regulation skills, and strengthen parent–child connection.
