I specialize in a holistic, humanistic approach that helps adult and adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, and current difficult life adjustments, as well as past traumatic experiences.
During our time together, I will integrate mindfulness based interventions in order to engage the mind-body and actively build a resilience to emotional distress beyond our sessions. It's challenging to acknowledge difficult situations--my goal is to create a comfortable environment and empower clients to make the change and support personal growth.
