I specialize in working with women and college students, recognizing the unique pressures and challenges that each of these groups may face. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, struggles with confidence/self-esteem, or simply trying to find your place in this fast-paced world, my goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore and reclaim your sense of self and build a path towards your vision of peace.

I aim to help you gain insight into your life’s challenges & develop practical strategies for creating lasting change. By working with me, you can expect to gain clarity on your values & identify the narratives that no longer serve you. Together, we will work to create new and empowering narratives that align with what is most important to you & your future!
