My services focus on developing skills that help you peel through and examine the complex layers of daily life to fully understand yourself and others around you. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, unhealthy lifestyle adjustments, abuse, anger management, and stress. I also support families experiencing grief, divorce, financial instability, and adjusting to foster care living arrangements.
I utilize CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you identify and understand the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Treatment is a collaborative approach, and I'm dedicated to helping you overcome obstacles and become the best version of yourself.
