Hello there! I am currently accepting new clients. I specialize in anxiety disorders, self-esteem & acceptance and I have a strong interest in working with college students, international clients & honing my skills in pediatric mental health.

Oftentimes, there is a common misconception that as a therapist, I am here to "fix" you or your loved ones. You are a human being with your own unique set of circumstances, raw emotions and your own story. You are not something to be fixed, but rather someone to be heard, understood and supported.

I aim to create a safe space for you to show up, exactly as you are. Bring what you need to feel comfortable while we navigate through the therapeutic journey together. Whether that is playing some Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley during session, your favorite tea and snack, or a comfort stuffed animal, I welcome it all. I cannot wait to meet you!
