Clients can integrate into their treatment a unique, Christ-centered, therapeutic approach, where the therapist skillfully weaves together biblical principles alongside an array of clinically-based interventions that addresses the clients' spiritual, emotional, and cognitive needs. My overall goal is to assist all clients in improving their quality of life by encouraging and inspiring them to bring about peace, hope and renewal.
I specialize in working with children and families with a decade of experience. I adopted an holistic approach using an eclectic mix of interventions such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Play/Art Therapy techniques.Creative interventions are employed to heal, restore and transform lives.
HCS uses a strengths-based approach that focuses on the client's unique needs, while building upon their God-given gifts, talents and abilities. The goal is to assist client in identifying and eventually eliminating their faulty thinking that leads to faulty beliefs, and then to maladaptive behavior patterns.
