Have you found yourself struggling with unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, and/or life transitions? Have you found it difficult to understand and regulate your emotions? Are you wanting to develop and implement boundaries into your life, but don’t know where to start? As your therapist, I aim to assist with cultivating self-awareness, unlearning unhealthy generational traits, navigating childhood trauma and establishing boundaries. Everyone can benefit from therapy. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgemental environment that allows you to feel comfortable while navigating current or past stressors in your life!
With each client being different, I select my therapeutic approach based on the client’s personality, wants, and needs. I am passionate about working with teens and adults. I focus on a variety of concerns such as childhood and generational trauma, emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, eating disorders/body image, life-transitions, and boundary setting.
Everyone is capable of change and recreating their story! It starts with self awareness and being honest with oneself. Using a collaborative approach, we will work together to establish a set of feasible tools that will assist you in becoming the best version of yourself.
