I offer individual therapy and couples counseling to help busy professionals, creative artists and their family members heal and resolve complex personal and relational problems. My clients are used to setting goals and getting what they want. But with therapy, lasting change can be elusive and often doesn't go from problem to resolution in a straight line. The key to success is knowing your change process and what creates resolution in you. Do you want a therapist who listens deeply and accepts you as you are? I have three decades of experience in executive management and organizational development and 15 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Specialties include marriage counseling, parenting, infidelity and non-traditional relationships, depression, bipolar, anxiety, phobias, substance use, sexual and gender identity, trauma and PTSD. I also work with teens.
