About
The life of hardworking moms and busy professional women can feel incredibly overwhelming. I am Dr. G., a psychologist with Ivy League training with a speciality in helping driven and high functioning women overcome burnout, anxiety, and depression, so they can live a balanced, guilt-free life. As a driven immigrant and high-achiever myself, I know all about dreaming big, and doing too much. Together, we'll look at what's working and what's not.
