I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you can feel truly heard, held, and supported. I don't believe that we are broken, but are often carrying too many burdens and are getting burned out. In our work, we often integrate traditional talk therapy with EMDR and Somatic Experiencing to help you feel more resilient and confident.
