I have 20 years of experience in helping people with stress and anxiety, grief and bereavement, trauma, as well as work and relationship challenges. I specialize in substance use, trauma, grief and loss. I also have 20 years of experience working with college students and young adults.
In addition, I have had a career as a musician, and I understand the issues specific to performing artists. I work with artists to help them with audition and performance anxiety.
