I provide counseling for adults, individuals, couples, children, adolescents, families and groups. I treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, substance abuse, self-injurious behaviors, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, and chronic pain. I use art, sand and play therapy. I teach skills that promote lasting change.
I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which treats physical, sexual, and emotional trauma. I am an EMDR Consultant and a group facilitator. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am certified in Eating Disorders. I am also certified in Clinical Trauma. I am 100 % bilingual in Spanish and English.
