I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing integrative and trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and parents navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, parenting challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I have 5 years of experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings. My clinical knowledge, along with my lived experiences as a businesswoman, mother, and first-generation American, creates a meaningful foundation for understanding and supporting clients from all backgrounds.
I have a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. I use evidence-based treatment models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, play therapy, parent management training, and mindfulness techniques. I value normalizing therapy through my warm and relatable approach.
I pride myself on developing a trusting relationship with clients so they feel truly seen in a non-judgmental space that allows for real change and growth.
