About
As a therapist, I have experienced great fulfillment in helping my clients work through issues of addiction, depression; grief and loss; anxiety; social discomfort; relationship conflict/divorce; loneliness; low self esteem; mid-life crises; and fear of change. Helping women and men who struggle with love addiction and co-dependence is an area of special interest. My goal is to help my clients find ways to live a more fulfilling life while strengthening their ability to withstand life's inherent challenges.
I believe that psychotherapy can help clients gain insight into how their past can contribute to current struggles and thus allow them to make changes in the present that can lead to more meaningful and contented lives.
I view the relationship between therapist and client as a partnership, one that provides safety and the unconditional support clients need to be able to look at and work through issues that cause them discomfort or heartache. I am flexible, warm and interactive in my approach. I have offices in Santa Monica, Malibu and Studio City (Boulevard Therapy).
