I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Anger Management. We will work in a collaborative way to develop a treatment plan that works best for you. Group therapy will also be available for individuals that prefer a group setting.
