Claudia Barrows is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2019. While it can be uncomfortable to sit with the discomfort of difficult emotions, there is growth and healing waiting on the other side.
Identifying inner experiences can be incredibly powerful Claudia works using a holistic and person-centered lens as a clinician. She uses this approach because when we consider mental health within the unique contexts of our identities, cultural backgrounds, and worldviews, we can better care for ourselves and others.
It also allows her to be more inclusive of her client’s individuality while honoring their unique experiences. Claudia enjoys the privilege of being able to provide tools clients will utilize in their journeys in personal growth and healing.
