My focus is helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns with compassion and authenticity. My personal experiences with mental health, combined with witnessing these challenges within my own family, have shaped my belief that healing happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered. As a neurodivergent clinician and military spouse, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work, creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and accepted for who they are.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical skills, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
I provide services in both English and Spanish and am committed to identity-affirming care that honors each person's experiences while helping them move toward greater confidence, healthier relationships, and lasting emotional well-being.
