and Family Therapy- Intern, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, helping individuals, couples, children, and families navigate the challenges of parenting, emotional growth, and connection. Whether you're a parent adapting to your child’s changing needs or a teen wrestling with self-discovery and independence, I’m here
to support you.
My work is rooted in Attachment Theory, Humanistic and Experiential Models, and Family Systems Theory, with a client-centered approach that meets people where they are. I use Effective Parenting tools and integrate Play Therapy, Sand Therapy, and Lego Therapy to support emotional expression and communication, especially in children and adolescents.
As a therapist, I bring warmth, presence, and a natural sense of empathy into each session. From a young age, I was drawn to understanding others’ feelings and was often the friend people trusted for.
