My focus throughout our work together is to assure my client they are not alone in their struggle and they can heal, feel whole, and begin to experience a more fulfilled life.
I have over 18 years of experience providing therapy services to youth and adults, ages 12 to 96yrs. I have worked with clients dealing with stress, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, life changes, addictions, family conflicts, anger management, and parenting. I believe that clients are the experts in their lives, with help they can make incredible changes.
