I engage clients from the perspective of a collaborator; an encouraging guide through the deep and sometimes dark terrains of our humanity. Balance is possible for you. I specialize in PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. My training includes several modalities. Clients receive a holistic therapeutic approach that is tailored to their individual needs. I thrive with complexity. I most often utilize Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Attachment Theory, Somatic awareness and Jungian Psychodynamic methods.
