Not accepting new clients
I diagnose and treat clients with a person-centered, individualized approach, focusing on strengths and wellness to promote resiliency and growth. I utilize a holistic framework, examining a myriad of factors in a clients life to implement change. If you feel like you are ready to change, but anxious about seeking psychotherapy, contact me - I provide a comfortable, warm, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. Unfortunately, as of February 1st, 2021, I am unable to accept new patients.
I have experience working with youth, adolescents and young adults, dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, academic issues, career and life change issues, sexual and gender identity issues and eating and body image disorders.
I approach psychotherapy with a creative lens, implementing evidence-based, individualized approaches that promote autonomy and client independence while examining social and environmental factors that impact client wellbeing.
