Clarity Rose is an integrated care team comprised of a clinical psychologist (Dr. Alexis Exum) and registered dietitian (Catherine Young, RD). Dr. Exum sees patients ages 13 to 25 years old. Catherine sees patients 13+. We specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for eating and weight disorders (anorexia to obesity), trauma, mood-related disorders, and suicidality. We welcome ALL into the practice.
Dr. Exum also completes ADHD assessments for ALL ages. Full psychiatric evaluations are not covered by insurance and are an out-of-pocket expense. Visit the Clarity Rose website to get on our schedule!
Dr. Exum is trained in suicide assessment, behavioral activation, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for eating disorders, social phobia, depression, and anxiety, trauma-focused CBT and cognitive processing therapy, as well as radically-open dialectical behavior therapy.
We all experience emotions, events, or environments that make the waters a bit murky. Clarity Rose hopes to bring an open-minded, realistic, collaborative, and comforting approach to all in need of a place to clear their murky waters.
