We offer in-person sessions as well as virtual, at a time when most therapists are only offering telehealth. We want to meet you where you are at—and that means being flexible to your needs. We accept insurance!
We specialize in treating adults, couples, families, and individuals struggling with mental health issues, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relational issues. We have also added a Specialized Child Therapist to our team who accepts most insurance plans.
