I primarily work with young adults/adults and especially love working with moms/parents that are navigating the world of raising tiny humans
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, self-harm behaviors, sexual assault recovery, transition to adulthood, and addiction. I offer a judgment free zone and will only ever be a supporter as these issues are not easy to navigate.
Bottom line- I'm just here. If you need a sounding board, I can do that. If you need to sit in silence, be my guest. If you need to vent for the entire session, awesome. If you need pushing, I'll do that. Your treatment is about YOU and YOUR needs and hopefully we can figure those out together!
