Nastacia Parham, LMFT offers individual therapy to member's of diverse backgrounds. I currently offer virtual Telehealth sessions for clients across CA focusing on adults 18 and older. As a mental health professional, I love being able to help my client’s find their inner strength to overcome adversity and find ways to cope to build long term resiliency. My client's often find they understand themselves better, can now identify their wants and needs, find more effective ways to communicate, learn new ways to manage stress, and find relief from symptoms related to depression, anxiety, acute and chronic trauma, and mood disorders.
As the owner of Clarity Counseling Group I find it rewarding to help my client’s create a safe space where they can feel more grounded and get to know themselves on a deeper level. I respect each client as an individual, factoring in their past experiences, cultural considerations, and how they function in the world around them.
My practice focuses on compassionate strengths based therapy that supports gaining insight into underlying thoughts, feelings and needs. It is important for clients of all ages, ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations to have a safe, comfortable space where they can be their true self without judgement.
