I use an integrative, trauma-focused approach drawing from attachment-based interventions, current research on relevant neurobiology, and cognitive approaches. I offer EMDR for trauma. I have experience working with children and families involved in the child welfare system and specific training to work with children exhibiting sexual behavior concerns

I am trained in EMDR and TF-CBT to support trauma work with children and adults. I also offer running therapy (a combination of running coaching and psychotherapy). For some, running therapy will be a an alternative to the office setting. For others, it will amplify the benefits of traditional therapy (e.g. more effective reduction of depression or anxiety symptoms).
