Clarisse believes in the strength and resiliency of each individual and works from a strengths-based perspective and a person-centered approach. She uses an individualized multi-faceted approach with her clients to find the best fit of therapeutic interventions to help them reach their identified goals. Clarisse’s treatment approach has one goal in mind, to help with her clients find the best fit of therapeutic interventions to treat a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family and relationship issues, life transition, and process addictions such as alcohol/drugs and gambling disorder.
Clarisse is trained in multiple therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Problem Solving Therapy. She also employs holistic strategies as she has completed her 230 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training. She assists clients in utilizing mindfulness-based tools to bring healing and restoration.
Clarisse empathizes and understands the difficulties in reaching out for help.
