Not accepting new clients
Life presents many challenges that can be overwhelming and impact our well-being. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment to provide a space for growth and healing. My approach to the therapeutic process is grounded on trust and respect. It is based on my client's needs and in my capacity for genuineness, acceptance, caring, and understanding of your unique life experience.
I work with clients to address issues of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and adjustments to change. I also work with clients to explore their emotions, learn to regulate themselves, and safely process their trauma with the intention to help them find ways of coping that will result in healthier interactions with themselves and others.
As your therapist, together we will work to make progress towards your goals, find self-acceptance and a deeper sense of purpose. I listen with deep acceptance of who you are now and also with optimism about your ability to make the changes you seek.
